COCKTAIL SET 

1 ¼ oz. toasted coconut-infused gin

1 oz. Campari

¾ oz. sweet vermouth 

 

Tools: mixing glass, barspoon

Glass: rocks

 

Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. 

 

Strain into a rocks glass with coffee ice cube. 

 

Express the oils from an orange peel and discard.

All our products are washable resistant to high and low temperatures.

Double shot of espresso Lavazza  Terras Brasile 100% Arabica 

2 dashes Rabarbaro Zucca bitters

½ oz. orange-cardamom syrup

Tools: mixing glass, barspoon

Glass: DE ABSTRACT  Jar

 

Fill a mixing glass with ice and set aside. Combine the bitters and syrup in a separate glass and pull the espresso into the mixture. After the shot has pulled, skim the crema from the top and discard. Add the bitters, syrup and espresso mixture into the prepared mixing glass and stir until combined. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
