Beermouth is a new product and a new product category.

Born from the desire for innovation, inspired by one of the products that identify our land in the world, Vermouth.

 

It all started two years ago, when Giacomo and I met for the first time Teo Musso, the undisputed master of Italian brewing art. We were invited as speakers at a celebration on perfume in Turin, and Giacomo and I presented, as usual, three very provocative suggestions to the public who had come to listen to us. Even today I do not know what was the triggering reason that moved Teo to want to see us in the days following Piozzo, to listen to our idea. We went to him, and it was then that a healthy and constructive sharing began that would take us here.

 

 

I'm sure none of us three could have imagined that we would get where we got there.

 

 

I do not deny that it was not easy, both from an emotional point of view and from a realization point of view, and that we often found ourselves doubting the actual realization of a project as unique as it was innovative. But we never gave up hope, nurturing each other and reiterating that it was something to do, as well as our personal pleasure for the impact it would have on the world of beer and blending.

In fact it was not just a product, but rather a turning point, a new chapter.

 

 

Something that had never existed before and that valued our territory through new processing methods.

But it certainly does not end here, the BEERMOUTH DNA is made up of 13 botanicals extracted through two innovative and incredibly avant-garde systems.

The first method is ultrasound, the second through very low temperature vacuum distillation.

 

These two methods are completely alternative in the extractor sector.
