Dendi Mixture
Tomato
Sepal Vapo
Coriander Cocoa cube
Dehydrated fennel
1½ oz. bourbon
¼ oz. bitters
1 oz. Dry Sherry
¼ oz. orange liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Vaporization of tomato sepals
Garnish: dehydrated fennel coriander cocoa cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish.
