You must know that I am a great admirer of classic cocktails, and I come from that reality, maybe just like you.

However, in all these years of work, I discovered that the world has changed, people have changed and our products have also changed.

I have always been a creative and I have a lot of fun researching and experimenting with things that don't exist yet.

I think you're a bit like me too, and want something more from your drinks.

Below you will find one of my recipes that I'm sure will tickle you.

1 oz. Juniper whiskey

1 oz. Cocchi Americano

1 oz. blue curaçao

1 oz of water

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 dash absinthe

pinch of pearl powder

All carbonated

JUNIPER WHISKEY

It is a technology that exploits distillation under pressure.

The distiller I use is the BUCHI ROTAVAPOR R300.

This machine gives me the opportunity to distill other spirits and flavor them with other ingredients, such as juniper in this case.

TECHNIQUE

All ingredients are poured into the siphon.

Shake the ingredients.

Load the siphon with two capsules of SODA CHARGERS.

Remember, shake the siphon before use.
